Return Policy
Item doesn’t fit quite right? No worries! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please look at our return policy below.
Return Eligibility:
-All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
-The items must be in its original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
-The item must not have been worn, washed, or damaged..
Return Process:
-To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period. You can reach us via shopalisonpaige@gmail.com.
-Provide us with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
-We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a safe return of the item. - Please securely package the item to prevent any damage.
- All returns must be sent back with their package slip.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for the full purchase amount of the returned item for Alison Paige.
- The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with your original purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the gift card to be processed and delivered to your email.
Store Credit Only:
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.
- The gift card has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is used.
Exclusions:
-For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or jewelry, unless they are defective.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations:
- We do not offer order cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, we can only issue store credit.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the requirements or appear to be in violation of our policies.
Standard Shipping Rates:
- We offer a flat rate of $7 for standard shipping on all orders
- Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
Lost Packages:
-- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at shopalisonpaige@gmail.com to initiate a claim.
- We will file an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
- If the package cannot be located, we will either reship your items or provide a refund based on our availability.
Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
- If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier.
Delays and Shipping times:
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if the carriers do not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
